Pro-Motion Workout was designed by Professional Skaters
Association Master Coach and Ballet Instructor Nancy
Glerup for skaters of all ages who want to get stronger,
increase their flexibility and improve their endurance.
It incorporates specific Pilates,
Yoga, Ballet Floor Barre, and Boot Camp exercies to
develop the muscles and control that you'll need to
do a double, triple and quad jumps. You will
be developing the core muscles that will help stabilze
and centre your spinning positions.
