The Pro-Motion Workout was designed by Professional Skaters Association Master Coach and Ballet Instructor Nancy Glerup for skaters of all ages who want to get stronger, increase their flexibility and improve their endurance. Coaches can use it to teach off-ice classes and skaters can use it at home. It’s the only workout designed specifically for skaters. It incorporates specific Pilates, Yoga, Ballet Floor Barre, and Boot Camp exercise to develop the muscles and control that you’ll need to do a double, triple and quad jumps.  You will be developing the core muscles that will help stabilize and centre your spinning positions.
